Start living like your life belongs to you.
Sober Worthy Free is a movement for women who have come a long way in recovery and are ready to step more fully into the self-worth, self-trust, joy, peace, connection, courage, and freedom their sobriety made possible. The next chapter begins with the Self-Worth Wheel© for Sober Women: a free visual framework for the life you are ready to build.
You may have meetings. A sponsor. Step work. Therapy. Service. Prayer. Insight.
Tools that helped you get here.
You may deeply love your sobriety.
And at some point, a quieter question may begin to rise:
Sober Worthy Free is a movement for women who feel that pull.
A movement for the life that opens when sobriety becomes not only something you protect, but something you get to live inside more fully.

Share the Wheel →The Self-Worth Wheel© for Sober Women was created for the deeper work of living well in sobriety.
Not as a scorecard.
Not as another list of things to improve.
But as a visual framework that helps make the next chapter more visible, more nameable, and more possible to walk toward.
The Wheel offers six places to begin.
It begins with one honest question:
Self-worth is not a concept.
It is the daily practice of treating your voice, needs, body, time, dreams, relationships, and truth as though they matter.
It is how freedom begins to take shape in real life.
I got sober in 2006.
The rooms, the women, the steps, sponsors, therapy, service, prayer, and people who would not let me disappear helped give me my life back.
Over the years, I kept doing the work.
And still, deeper work remained...
I was learning that a woman can be sober, capable, respected, and outwardly successful - and still be finding her way back to her own voice, desires, dignity, joy, and freedom.
Sober Worthy Free grew from that truth.
It is the most personal work I have ever created.
It is for the woman I once was - and for every sober woman who has come a long way and feels ready to live more fully inside the life sobriety made possible.
Sobriety is sacred. Freedom is a legitimate destination.
Self-worth is not something women earn after becoming easier, better, quieter, or more accomplished.
Joy, rest, desire, dreams, and meaningful nurturing connections belong in a fully lived recovery.
Sober women deserve spaces where they can be known, supported, challenged, and celebrated.
A clear map can help someone recognize what is possible before she has language for it herself.
Sober Worthy Free is growing into a body of work for women who want to keep building lives with more self-worth, truth, connection, courage, joy, and freedom.
